Shipping costs for packages up to 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm are free . Larger packages are considered bulky goods, and shipping costs are listed separately.

Your order will typically be shipped within approximately 2-10 business days (Germany) after receipt of your order. If products are still in transit, the delivery time is approximately 3-14 business days. The delivery time for personalized products is approximately 7-14 business days.
If delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller for the outward and return shipment. This does not apply to the shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. If the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal, the provisions in the seller's cancellation policy apply to the return shipping costs. Refusing to accept a delivery, failing to collect a delivery from a post office or parcel station, or requesting a parcel stop do not constitute an effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
