Shipment
Your order will usually be dispatched within approximately 2-10 working days (Germany) after receipt of the order.
We're a small company and can't always keep all items in stock. Therefore, if items are in transit, delivery times are approximately 3-14 business days.
The delivery time for personalized products is approximately 7 - 14 working days.
Can personalized items be returned?
Yes and no. If we made a product just for you and you don't like it, unfortunately, the item cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or defective, we will, of course, replace it.
